The Spanish football system is structured by autonomous community. The RFEF coordinates the national framework but delegates coach education, regional competitions and licence issuing to the 18 territorial federations. This is the legal structure of every federated sport in Spain.

If residence and coaching are in different communities, the residence federation usually issues the licence and the competition federation validates it.
Yes, significantly. The range is roughly €300 to €1,500 depending on federation, modality (online vs in-person) and discounts. Madrid ran a 50% discount on intro courses in February 2026, for example. Always check the current call before assuming a price.
Yes. The title is national and you can enrol wherever it suits you, but you must be admitted to that federation's call. Some federations prioritise residents of their community. Common reasons to change: scheduling, language, price or proximity.
Yes. A UEFA C, B, A or Pro licence issued by any Spanish federation is valid nationwide and aligns with the UEFA Coaching Convention across Europe. The federation where you obtained it is just the issuer.
It happens, especially with small federations. Coaching schools also publish on social networks and by email. The cards in this directory include the coaching school contact email so you can ask directly.
