User rights and how to exercise them
As the data subject you may exercise at any time the following rights: access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), objection, restriction of processing, portability and not to be subject to automated decisions. RutaMister does not take automated decisions or build profiles that produce legal effects on users.
Where processing is based on your consent (for example, analytics through Google Analytics 4), you also have the right to withdraw it at any time (Article 7.3 GDPR) via the cookie banner or by clearing the site data in your browser. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, send an email to consultas@rutamister.com identifying yourself and describing the request. We respond within a maximum of one month from receipt, extendable by two additional months in cases of particular complexity (Article 12 GDPR).
If you consider the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, or through its electronic office at www.aepd.es. We kindly ask you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the case directly.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, accidental loss or destruction: TLS encryption in transit (Let's Encrypt), SSH-key access control to the server, separation between the public static site and the management mailbox, and periodic review of dependencies.
RutaMister is not directed at minors under 14 years of age. We do not knowingly request data from minors. If you detect that a minor under 14 has provided data through our mailbox, please write to consultas@rutamister.com and we will delete the information without undue delay.

Frequently asked questions
Do you sell my data to third parties for commercial purposes?
No. Dreamsite, S.L. does not commercialise RutaMister user information or share it with advertising networks. The only third parties receiving data are the technical processors strictly required for the site to operate (hosting, analytics with your consent, email), bound by a contract under Article 28 GDPR.
What happens to my email if I contact you?
We use it exclusively to reply and keep a minimal correspondence record. The default maximum retention is 12 months from case resolution, unless a legal obligation requires longer storage. We do not add it to commercial mailing lists or share it with third parties.
How do I exercise my right of access, rectification or erasure?
Send an email to consultas@rutamister.com identifying yourself and describing which right you want to exercise. We respond within a maximum of one month from receipt (Article 12 GDPR). If the request is complex, we may extend the period by two additional months and notify you of the reason.
Can I file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD)?
Yes. As Spain's national supervisory authority, the AEPD is competent to handle complaints against controllers established in Spain. You can lodge a complaint via the electronic office at www.aepd.es. We kindly ask you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
Does RutaMister transfer data outside the European Union?
Hosting is in the eu-central-1 (Frankfurt) AWS region, within the EU. When you accept analytics, Google Ireland Limited may subprocess data through Google LLC in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). If you reject consent, this transfer does not occur.
Can minors use RutaMister?
RutaMister is an information site not specifically directed at minors under 14. We do not knowingly request data from minors of that age. If a minor has sent us data by email, please write to consultas@rutamister.com describing the situation and we will delete the information.
