Do you sell my data to third parties?
Absolutely not. RutaMister does not commercialise user information or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. The only data that may be collected is what you voluntarily provide when contacting us by email, and it is used exclusively to respond to your query or review the reported content.
Can I browse RutaMister without providing personal data?
Yes. RutaMister allows you to read all its guides, comparisons and federation pages without registering or providing any personal data. The only exception is analytics measurement with Google Analytics, which only activates if you accept analytical cookies in the consent banner at the bottom of any page.
What happens if I contact you by email?
We use your email and message content exclusively to respond to your query or review reported content. We do not add addresses to mailing lists or share them with third parties. Once the query is resolved, message data is not retained unless it is necessary for an editorial correction.
Is Google Analytics always loaded on RutaMister?
No. Analytics measurement with Google Analytics only activates if you accept analytical cookies in the consent banner. If you reject cookies or do not interact with the banner, Google Analytics does not load in your session and your visit is not recorded in site statistics.
How can I request correction or deletion of my data?
Contact consultas@rutamister.com with your request and the specific information you wish to correct or delete. We will respond as soon as possible. RutaMister applies data minimisation principles and does not retain personal information beyond what is strictly necessary to respond to your query.
