RutaMister Legal Notice

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Spanish Act 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following details are made available to users and to the competent authorities:

To ensure direct and effective communication with users (Art. 10.1.c LSSI-CE), Dreamsite, S.L. undertakes to reply to inquiries received at consultas@rutamister.com within a maximum of 72 working hours from receipt.

rutamister.com is an independent information website aimed at people interested in regulated football coach education in Spain. Its purpose is to make the official routes (Técnico Deportivo / UEFA licences) understandable, compare prices and requirements, and guide users through the calls published by the regional federations and the RFEF.

The site also offers a commercial advertising service contractable by third parties from the page /anunciantes, subject to the advertiser vetting process described there.

RutaMister does not process enrolments, licences, recognitions or qualification homologations. Those procedures are the exclusive responsibility of the RFEF, regional federations, the CSD, UEFA and authorised training centres.

Accessing the site implies acceptance of this legal notice and of the privacy policy and cookie policy in force at the time of access.

The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with the law, this legal notice, good faith and public order. The following are expressly prohibited:

1. Fraudulent use of the site or its contents.

2. Mass downloading or automated scraping without express authorisation when it affects the availability of the site.

3. The introduction of viruses, malicious code or any device that may damage the site's infrastructure or that of other users.

4. Impersonating RutaMister or Dreamsite, S.L. on social networks, email or any other channel.

The published content is purely informational and does not constitute legal, tax, professional sports or any other type of advice. Before making decisions affecting enrolment, deadlines or official procedures, the user must contact the relevant federation or authorised centre.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the site's contents (texts, comparisons, diagrams, design, original images) are owned by Dreamsite, S.L. or by third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of 12 April approving the Spanish Intellectual Property Act (TRLPI), by the Spanish Trademark Act 17/2001 of 7 December and, where applicable, by the Industrial Design Protection Act 20/2003 of 7 July.

Personal browsing and short fragment quotation for informational purposes are allowed provided the source ("RutaMister") is identified and the original article is linked. Not authorised: full page reproduction, derivative works or any commercial use without prior written permission.

The RutaMister name and visual identity are distinctive signs of Dreamsite, S.L. Unauthorised use may be pursued under trademark and unfair competition law.

The site includes links to external pages (RFEF, UEFA, CSD, regional federations, public bodies, source documents) provided solely to give users easy access to the official source. RutaMister does not control or assume responsibility for the content, availability or privacy policies of those third-party sites.

Any user or third party may freely link to pages on rutamister.com provided that they do not reproduce content without permission, do not suggest a non-existing commercial relationship and do not use the link to defame Dreamsite, S.L. or related individuals. If you detect a link that breaches these conditions, please write to consultas@rutamister.com.

Dreamsite, S.L. keeps the site contents under periodic review and cites the official source whenever possible. However, course calls, prices, requirements and regulations change frequently at the decision of the RFEF, the regional federations or the CSD. RutaMister cannot guarantee that all information is up to the minute.

Users must always verify critical data (enrolment dates, access requirements, final prices, etc.) directly with the organising body before making decisions that generate costs or legal effects.

Dreamsite, S.L. shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or harm arising from the use of the site or from temporary impossibility of accessing it due to technical causes beyond its reasonable control. This limitation does not affect the imperative rights granted to consumers by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU).

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any controversy related to the site or this notice, both parties submit to the following courts:

Consumer users: the competent court will be that of the consumer's domicile or the one indicated by the applicable consumer protection regulations.

Non-consumer users: the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.

If any clause of this legal notice is declared null or ineffective by a competent authority, that nullity will not affect the rest of the wording, which will retain its validity.
