What information to send

To review a correction, we need specific context. Include the affected RutaMister page, the detail you consider incorrect and the official source where updated information appears.

If the change affects a course call, add publication date, organising entity and a direct link to the official document or page.

Review priority

We review first notices that can affect enrolment decisions: requirements, recognition, licences, prices, deadlines, federation contact details and international access.

Style changes, general suggestions or content expansion can take longer because they do not block an urgent user decision.

Contact

You can send notices to consultas@rutamister.com. Do not include sensitive personal data or private documents; public links and a clear description are enough.

RutaMister does not process enrolments or licences. If you need an official answer about your file, contact the relevant federation or authorised centre.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of errors can I report?

We prioritise four types: outdated requirements (age, studies, placements), broken official links or wrong redirects, changes in prices or course calls published by regional federations, and incorrect federation contact details. Any report backed by a public official URL is welcome and reviewed.

Does RutaMister answer official procedure queries?

No. RutaMister can guide on its published content and correct information, but official decisions on enrolment, licences, validations or equivalences depend on the RFEF, regional federations, the CSD or UEFA. For any official procedure, always contact the competent body directly rather than us.

Should I send personal documents to report an error?

That is neither necessary nor advisable. Avoid sending ID, passport, licences or academic certificates. To correct information published on RutaMister, the URL of the affected page and a link to the official source confirming the correct fact is usually enough.

How long does a correction take?

There is no guaranteed deadline, but we prioritise changes affecting access requirements, licence validity and open course calls, as these directly influence decisions by aspiring coaches. Errors in federation contacts and prices are also reviewed regularly as part of our editorial process.

Can I suggest a new guide or topic that does not exist yet?

Yes. If you spot a frequent search or question that RutaMister does not cover, tell us the topic, why it would help aspiring coaches, and if possible an official source to document it. Proposals backed by real search volume or forum discussions are prioritised in the editorial calendar.
